This warranty is subject to modifications and changes. Sakura Imports reserves the right to enforce these modifications without prior notice.
By purchasing any Item(s) from our online store, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
If any warranty claim is made with malicious intent, we reserve the right to void any warranty.
* We highly recommend that you make a purchase from Sakura Imports when you are ready for the installation of the item(s) either once received or within the first week, as the warranty period on all item(s) will start once received). Any claim placed after the warranty period cannot be accepted. The buyer assumes all liability if he/she fails to report any problems within the warranty period.
All Items Purchased in our store are from the Japanese domestic market, and therefor may not be a direct replacement part for Australian delivered vehicles, or comply with Australian standards. The buyer is aware and takes all responsibility that some products may not comply with their local laws when fitted.
Any shipping and labor charges are not covered under the warranty. The buyer accepts all responsibility for shipping and labor charges upon placing a warranty claim.
Claims stating the item is not as described will not be accepted. All buyers are presented with actual item pictures prior to shipping out or Pickup.
You will receive the item(s) as shown in the pictures displayed. Any other additional parts required to complete a repair or upgrade, will have to be purchased separately. Some Item(s) may require additional components to be fully functional, which may or may not be available from our store.
All panels and body parts purchased may require re-finishing (painting). The buyer accepts responsibility that all bonnets, doors, fenders, boot lids, or any other body parts will require painting before fitment.
WARRANTY
-Sakura Imports are at no stage responsible for any labor and or shipping charges involved with a warranty claim.
-If during the installation process, minor defective parts are found, please contact us immediately.
-If the item(s) needs any minor or major repairs, the item must be returned so it can be assessed. Labor and shipping costs are not covered by sakura imports.
-All wear and tear, and consumable parts on purchased engines (e.g. timing belt, water pump, belts, seals, spark plugs, spark plug wires, etc.) are not covered under warranty. It is advised that all such components are replaced prior to installation by a qualified professional mechanic to not void a warranty claim.
-Damage to oil pans cannot be covered. This is due to the process in which we import, many engines will have dents and imperfections on the oil pan at the time of listing.
-Any warranty claims by the customer due to unprofessional installation, misuse or incorrect fitting of the purchased item(s) will be void. It is important to provide photo copies of any business receipts regarding installation of the item(s) to speed up the warranty process and not void any warranty.
-All engines and gearboxes do not come with any oil when sold due to import regulations. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the correct amount of oil is in place before the item(s) is used. If this is not adheared to, any warranty is void.
-All Items sold are intended to be used for their designed purpose. Any modification(s) of other components used in conjunction with the purchased Item will void any warranty. This includes, but is not limited to: Re-tune of the ECU for more power or fuel economy. Any items other than the stock production item(s) for that specific model, opperated in conjunction with the purchased Item(s) will void any warranty.
-All panels and body parts purchased will have minor imperfections, as they are used items. The buyer accepts responsibility that all bonnets, doors, fenders, boot lids, or any other body parts will require painting before fitment. Any warranty claim on these items for scratches, minor dents, paint imperfections will be void.
-If a warranty claim is deemed to be valid, it is Sakura Imports discretion to either, have the item(s) repaired or a refund given to the customer. At no time is Sakura Imports responsible for any labor or shipping costs involved with this process.
-You can not claim for any parts which was not included in original package nor mentioned in description page.
-You can not claim for any part, component or sensor which are clearly showing damaged in the original listing picture(s) or in the description of the item.
-Shipping charges are not refundable. Charges related to the return of the item must be prepaid by the customer as well as any customs fees and related charges.
-In the unlikely event that the item needs to be returned, it must be in the same condition it was sold and fully assembled. We must receive all of the parts that were included in the sale for the warranty to be valid. (THE RETURNED ITEM MUST MATCH THE ORIGINAL PICTURES)
-All returned products/ items that we receive, must be inspected and tested for the warranty or return to be valid. The test and inspection is to determine that no damages have occurred to the products or items during the client's possession.
-When we sign for the returned item (Proof of Delivery) at our premises, the act of signing does not imply that your claim has been accepted.
-If the item is returned with missing or damaged parts, you will be charged the retail price of replacement of the missing part(s) which we will deduct from the refund at our discretion.
-If during inspection we discover that the item was damaged, mishandled or destroyed while under the buyers possession, we will not issue any refund or form of compensation.
-Upon completion of the test of returned item AND IF YOUR CLAIM IS DETERMINED TO BE VALID, we will notify you for replacement or refund.
-If the case is determined NOT to be valid, there will be no replacement sent or refund issued.
